Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Tickets for events with a specific date or period of performance.
- Products that are made to order, personalized, or produced individually for the customer, including print-on-demand merchandise.
As our print-on-demand products are manufactured specifically after your order is placed, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- clear photographs of the product.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Event Tickets
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for the Hintertux Park Opening, as these constitute leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, in accordance with applicable Austrian and European consumer protection law.
