CREW HOTEL RULES

We want everyone to have a great stay and ask all crew members to respect the hotel, its staff, other guests, and each other. Please follow these simple rules:

1. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all hotel rooms and indoor areas.

This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes and any other smoking products.

Any cleaning costs, damages or penalties resulting from smoking will be charged directly to the responsible guest.

2. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS

Hotel rooms are exclusively for registered HPO crew members and officially accommodated guests.

Friends, visitors, party guests or any other unregistered persons are not permitted in the rooms or accommodation areas.

Please meet outside guests in public areas or at official event locations.

3. RESPECT THE HOTEL

Please treat the rooms, furniture, equipment and all hotel facilities with care.

Any damage caused during your stay must be reported immediately.

The person responsible for the damage will be charged for repair, replacement and any additional costs caused by the damage.

4. KEEP THE PARTY AT THE PARTY

We know it's the Hintertux Park Opening — but the hotel is not an afterparty location.

Please keep noise to a minimum when returning at night and respect other hotel guests.

No parties, loud music or gatherings in the rooms or hallways.

5. KEEP YOUR ROOM CLEAN

Please leave your room in a reasonable and respectful condition.

Excessive cleaning, removal of stains, disposal of unusual amounts of waste or other additional cleaning may be charged to the responsible guest.

6. RESPECT HOTEL STAFF

Please follow the instructions of hotel staff at all times.

The hotel team is helping us make the event possible, so please treat everyone with respect.

7. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ROOM

Each guest is responsible for their room, room key/card and the equipment provided.

Do not give your room key or access card to other people.

Lost keys/cards and resulting costs may be charged to the guest.

8. SERIOUS VIOLATIONS

Serious or repeated violations of these rules may result in the guest being removed from the Crew Hotel immediately.

Any resulting additional accommodation or travel costs are the responsibility of the guest.
